RMA Replacement

Products within warranty period are eligible for exchange service:

Product defective within 30 days, will be treated as DOA and be replaced a new one. Ameta will cover both way shipping.

Over 30 days, repair or exchange to equivalent model.

Cross ship for RMA advanced replacement for Product purchased within 90 days. Ameta will charge shipping first; the defective item must be shipped back at client’s
expense within 30 days from the date of cross ship invoicefor full credit

Returns for Credit

Credit for product purchase within 30 days with original packaging and resalable condition. Credit could be remained as store credit or refund. Original POS slip
needed for refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied based on invoice price for product not in resalable condition. No return or credit after 30 days. Software is
non-returnable.
