Limitation of liability

In no event shall Ameta be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Ameta does not involve into on-site services and labor.


Terms and Conditions:

All goods remain the property of Ameta until fully paid for. No credit after 30 days, return must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Original POS slip needed for refund. 20% restocking fee will be applied on all approved returns within 30 days without resalable condition. Shipping insurance will be covered by customer's insurance policy unless Ameta must be notified by writing. Ameta pays for both way shipping for DOA (defective within 30 days). Otherwise, Ameta pays for one way shipping for RMA.


Ameta SMS Privacy Policy

Ameta values your privacy. When you sign up to receive SMS messages from us, we collect your phone number solely for the purpose of sending you updates, promotions, and special offers.

  • Use of Information: Your phone number will only be used to send SMS messages related to Ameta products, services, and promotions. 
  • No Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. 
  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at marketing@ametagroup.com. 
  • Message Frequency: You can expect no more than 2 messages per month. 
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
